Jennifer Fagan is an artist, curator, writer, and activist living and working in Chicago. She received her BA in Photography from Columbia College Chicago with concentrations in gender studies and fine art. She is interested in the intersection of art, activism, and creative communities. Her interdisciplinary art practice is an exploration of masculinity, loss, and identity through photography, video, and performance. Fagan is the founder and director of The Overlook, a studio residency program and liminal art space for emerging artists. She participated in the LAUNCH residency through Chicago Artist Coalition and has exhibited at Woman Made Gallery. Most recently, she became the Studio Manager for Autotelic Studios and her collaborative film will be featured in Chicagoland Shorts Film Festival.
